Mr. Jones has over 20 years of professional experience in corporate finance. His career began on Wall Street in 1986 in investment banking with Prudential Bache Capital Funding where he structured and arranged financing for Leverage Buyouts and Mergers & Acquisitions. He worked for Prudential Capital in Chicago, focusing on middle market private placements, ranging from $5 million to $50 million, in a variety of industries in the Midwestern United States.

Mr. Jones worked in commercial banking with American National Bank in 1990 and spent five years as a commercial lender, with an emphasis on senior cash flow and asset-based transactions ranging in size from $1 million to $100 million.

Prior to founding Concord in 2001, Mr. Jones worked for GE Capital Commercial Finance where he focused on asset-based and cash flow transactions, including revolving lines of credit, term loans, equipment loans and real estate loans ranging from $5 million to $500 million. During his tenure at GE Capital, Mr. Jones worked with hundreds of companies in a variety of industries throughout the United States.In 1999, he was awarded the Prism Award, the second highest award given to outstanding contributors at GE Capital. 

Mr. Jones is a native of Green Bay, Wisconsin and is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a B.B.A. in Finance. He is an active member of Turnaround Management Association (Board Member) and Association for Corporate Growth (Board Member).

Christopher Gentry, Director

Mr. Gentry has over 20 years of commercial and investment banking experience. Before joining Concord, he was founder and managing director of Capricorn Technology Partners Inc., a financial advisory firm focused on high technology private placements of equity. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Gentry was a vice president and business development officer for BankBoston and Fleet Capital where he focused on syndicated senior secured and high-yield bond financings. He also held positions at Mellon Business Credit, Sanwa Business Credit and Fremont Capital Corporation in loan originations, underwriting, relationship management, workouts and field audit. Mr. Gentry holds a B.S. in Finance from Arizona State University.
